Plainview Area Endowment Grant Story: City of Plainview

The City of Plainview replaced the asphalt cart paths with concrete at the Municipal Golf Course with a Plainview Area Endowment grant. The Golf Course hosts multiple tournaments a year, and Plainview tourists often use the facilities while visiting. Upgrading the cart paths not only contributed to the course’s overall image but increased the longevity of the trails as well. The City of Plainview wrote, “users have communicated their appreciation of the facility upgrades and commented on the increased functionality of the new paths.”
